Message from our President Regarding COVID-19

To all Mountain West Financial Business Partners,

Thank you for partnering with us, especially during these unprecedented times.

It is important that we exercise our disaster readiness and preparedness plans for these types of situations.  Understanding that our first responsibility is to the safety and health of our staff we have taken measures to keep healthy and socially responsible actions at all our locations.  MWF has excellent technology and has supported telecommuting for many years.  During these times we have encouraged working remotely and social distancing as part of our standard work process.  We anticipate that during the required time we will be able to fully support our processes using a variety of pre-tested methods.

We are dedicated to providing the best service and communication possible under these very fluid conditions.  We anticipate very little operational disruption as we transform more of our workforce off-site. Much of our workforce, including servicing, post-closing and many underwriting and funding activities have been partially  performed offsite for years and the processes have been thoroughly vetted. Although we try to anticipate the challenges ahead of us, there are many unknowns that may come from investors, government agencies, business partners, and borrower unique circumstances.  All communication and response times will be in line with workloads commensurate with current volume levels.

We will continue to evaluate the current landscape and communicate changes as this  unique and fluid situation continues to unfold.
