Our loan submission system, BOLT, was developed to simplify the loan process. Mountain West Financial’s goal is to create broker partners for life. We perform with a commonsense approach such as encouraging our brokers to communicate directly with our underwriters. We are focused on assisting our broker partners to be successful in every way we can. An example of this is our “Broker Power Learning” training sessions; each month we discuss key elements of our industry with our broker partners to provide an additional understanding of the business. The goal here is to provide additional knowledge so our brokers can be more successful, it’s a partnership we foster and support.
Mountain West Financial started as a mortgage broker over 33 years ago, evolving to the lender we are today, strategically controlling growth to make sure we never deviate from the core principals and values that have made our brokers successful in dealing with us.
